MaxiFat® is a calcium soap of long-chain fatty acids produced from refined palm oil. As a Rumen Protected Fat, it is chemically designed to remain inert in the rumen and break down later in the digestive system.
This allows livestock to absorb more energy without affecting rumen microbial activity or dry matter intake.
MaxiFat® delivers a balanced profile of two key fatty acids:
Palmitic Acid (C16:0)
Stearic Acid (C18:0)
This dual-action formulation makes MaxiFat® an ideal energy booster for high-performing dairy and beef cattle.
MaxiFat® CS is a cost-effective rumen-protected fat designed to boost milk yield, body condition, and conception rates, while also supporting higher progesterone levels.
Ready to feed and easy to store, it comes in irregularly shaped granules (3–10 mm) and is suitable for use in Total Mixed Ration (TMR), top dressing, or blended feeds. Its high melting point makes it especially ideal for feed mill applications.
