Kencana Agri Group – Loka Indah Lestari

We reached out to Kencana Agri Group to seek clarification regarding this allegation.

1. PT LIL commits to implement a moratorium on new development (land clearing activities) within its concession areas, particularly in High Conservation Value (HCV) and High Carbon Stock (HCS) areas, effective from 1 February 2026.
2. PT LIL will undertake a comprehensive review of its land development programs to ensure full alignment with the NDPE Policy of Kencana Agri Group.
3. PT LIL will conduct a review of its Integrated Conservation Land Use Plan (ICLUP) through High Conservation (HCV) and High Carbon Stock (HCS) assessment approaches.
4. PT LIL will develop and implement a corrective action plan consistent with the NDPE Policy of Kencana Agri Group, with the support of competent and independent expert partners.
5. PT LIL commits to provide periodic public updates on the progress and implementation of the corrective action plan as part of its commitment to transparency and accountability.
